1.    What type of photography services do you provide?

EnduriPix primarily focuses on action and sports photography, but provides various other specialty photography services on a case-by-case basis.

2.    Do you shoot weddings and studio portraits?

No; however, we will be happy to provide you with the names of professional photographers that do.

3.    Do you shoot private events and/or senior pictures?

Yes; however, each session will be considered on a case-by-case basis.  See #15 below for session info.    

4.    How do I know which events you will be covering?

Check out our “Upcoming Events” link ( http://www.enduripix.com/events.html ).

5.    What if I don’t see my event under “Upcoming Events” and want EnduriPix to cover it?

Email or call us and we will see what we can do.

6.    Will you charge me to cover my event?

Charges for covering an event are determined on a case-by-case basis after evaluating many factors.

7.    What type/size prints can I purchase?

Color, black & white, and sepia prints are available in the following sizes:

a.    4" x 6"

b.    5" x 7"

c.    8" x 10"

d.    11" x 14"

e.    13" x 19"

f.     16" x 20"

g.    20" x 30"

8.    Can I purchase digital images of photos rather than prints?

Sure.  Purchased images will be provided to you on a CD.

9.    How much do prints and digital images cost?

Refer to the price list below.  Applicable sales tax and shipping will be added to these prices when you place an order.  “Special” pricing is available to certain organizations that do frequent, high volume business with EnduriPix such as Alexandria Country Day School, Alexandria Senior High School, Louisiana College, and Pineville High School (visiting teams competing against these schools will receive the same "special" pricing for that specific event).

10.  Do you provide any discounts for large purchases?

You bet!  Please refer to the discount chart below.

11.  Are prints and digital images that I purchase copyrighted?

Unless specifically stated otherwise, no they are not.  Once you purchase a print or digital image, it’s all yours!

12.  How soon after an event will I be able to view my photos online?

We strive to make photos available for viewing within 24 hours after an event has concluded; however, this may vary due to issues associated with each event and our shooting schedule.

13.  How do I pay for my order?

Credit/debit card (American Express, Discover, MasterCard, VISA) or PayPal.  Note: During the order process you will be asked to select a payment method.  Select "PayPal" as it is the only choice.  Once you submit your order, a button will be displayed on your browser stating "Check out with PayPal."  Click on that button.  Once you do, you will be given the option of paying via PayPal, credit card, or debit card. 

14.  How soon will I receive my photos after placing an order?

We know you want your photos as soon as possible, so we strive fill all orders within 24 hours after we receive your order and payment confirmation.  Once filled, the following delivery/shipping options are available to you:

a.    FedEx (must ship to a physical address, not a post office box)

                                      i.        $  0.00 FedEx using your FedEx account number

                                     ii.        $15.00 FedEx Express Saver (3 business days)

                                    iii.        $20.00 FedEx 2Day

                                   iv.        $22.00 FedEx Standard Overnight

                                    v.        $25.00 FedEx Priority Overnight

                                   vi.        $55.00 FedEx First Overnight

b.    Pick up from The UPS Store located at 4501 Jackson Street Extension, Suite C, Alexandria, LA for a cost of $2.00.

c.    Pick up from the following school locations at no cost

                                  i.    Alexandria Country Day School Main Office (ACDS orders only)

                                 ii.    Alexandria Senior High School Main Office (ASH orders only)

                                iii.    Louisiana College Bookstore

1.                8:00 a.m.-3:30 p.m. Monday through Friday except during College holidays

2.                Closed from 10:50 a.m.-12:00 noon on Thursdays

                               iv.    Pineville High School Attendance Office (PHS orders only)

15.  How much do you charge to shoot private sessions such as candid shots, senior pictures, banquets, etc?

a.    Session Fee

                                  i.    Payable at time of scheduling

1.    $50.00 minimum (includes 1 hour session)

2.    Plus $50.00 per hour for each scheduled hour beyond 1 hour

                                 ii.    Travel time to and from my office is charged against this time

                                iii.    Does not include any prints or digital images

b.    Additional Session Fee (beyond that scheduled and paid for in Item 14.a. above)

                                  i.    $50.00 per hour (charged in 15 minute minimum blocks at $12.50 each)

                                 ii.    If travel is required, it is charged against this time

                                iii.    Invoiced after completion of session

                               iv.    Due upon receipt of invoice and must be paid before any photo or digital image orders will be filled

c.    Locations

                                  i.    No studio is provided

                                 ii.    Unlimited as selected and designated by customer

                                iii.    Where applicable, customer pays for all fees required to access locations

                               iv.    Restricted only by the desired session length

d.    Clothing changes

                                  i.    Unlimited

                                 ii.    Restricted only by the desired session length

                                iii.    Customer provides and/or coordinates access to areas for clothing changes

e.    Prints & Digital Images

                                  i.    Images will be available for viewing/purchase for 2 weeks from the date they are posted on our website

                                 ii.    No minimum purchase requirements

                                iii.    No copyright restrictions on purchased prints and digital images

                               iv.    Discounted from standard pricing to the special pricing noted below.

                                v.    Applicable sales tax and shipping will be added to the above prices when you place an order.

                               vi.    Orders will be delivered/shipped in accordance with #14 above.
